01The standard model

Standard LED Production Counter Simple, accurate, operator-friendly

Ideal where you want to track output directly at one machine or workstation. In red or RGB LED, it shows production counts clearly, even from a distance, and keeps the operator aligned with daily targets.

An operator at a machining workstation under a production counter LED display showing job ID, target, actual, remaining, running status and a 45 pieces per minute production rate, with a stack light, a proximity sensor, a COUNT push button and the Android app on a phone, and the inputs it counts from: proximity sensor, push button and PLC integration
At the workstation: one board, its sensor, its count button and the app that sets it up.

Key highlights

  • Single machine or workstation focus
  • Red or RGB LED options for clear visibility
  • Direct sensor input (proximity, photoelectric, mechanical)
  • Push-button counting for manual operations
  • PLC pulse integration for automated lines
  • Android app configuration (where supported)
  • Rugged industrial enclosure for 24/7 operation

02Inputs

Input Options Sensor, push button, PLC and the Android app

The display can be driven by counting sensors, push-buttons or PLC signals. For supported models, pulses per part, target value and reset behaviour are set from a dedicated Android application, keeping your production counter flexible and easy to adjust.

The four ways to drive the production counter LED display: 1 sensor-based production counting with proximity or photoelectric sensors, 2 push-button counting, 3 PLC data integration, and 4 Android application configuration of target, pulses per part, display mode, brightness and reset mode
Three ways to count, one way to set it up.Open full size
  1. Sensor-based counting

    Automatic counting

    • Connect proximity or photoelectric sensors
    • Automatic increment on each cycle
    • Configurable debounce and pulse filtering
  2. Push-button counting

    Manual counting

    • Manual push button for operator-driven counting
    • Useful where a sensor is not possible
    • Ideal for small manual assembly or rework stations
  3. PLC data integration

    Pulse input

    • Accepts pulses or discrete outputs from a PLC
    • Simplifies integration with existing machine logic
    • Suitable for automated lines
  4. Android app configuration

    Setup

    • Configure targets and display behaviour
    • Adjust brightness, pulse multiplier, reset options and display mode
    • Faster commissioning and easy changes during trials
